Rituals Jewellery Returns/Refunds/Cancellations Policy
1) Cancellations
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of these items within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products but however, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of video, DVD, audio, video games and software products where the item has been unsealed. Otherwise, we can accept returns of complete products, which are unused and in an "as new" condition.
To Cancel an Order
Notice must be given to masti.co.uk by filling the online form, or via email or phone directly using the addresses given in our website

2. Notice must be given by filling the online form, or via email or phone directly with the merchant/vendor and a Cancelled Merchandise Authentication (CMA) number will be given .i.e. CMA00142
On cancellation for whatever reason, you must return the goods to the merchant/shop at your own cost (if already dispatched) unless the goods returned are notably faulty. Goods must be received by vendor within 3 working days after the ‘7days cooling off period’.
Refunds are given minus postage costs unless the goods returned are notably faulty in which case no refund will be given,
Such a notice may be given by filling in the Online Returns Form, faxing or emailing the number or address given on our website or set out on the order form. Please notify us of the problem at the time of cancellation along with the reason for returning the item.
2) Replacements / Exchanges
a. Items Damaged in Transit
You may request a replacement for your purchase within 7 days of the delivery.
b. Faulty / Incorrect Goods on Arrival
You may request a replacement for your purchase within 7 days of the delivery for any of the following 3 reasons:
1. You were sent the wrong item
2. You ordered the wrong size/colour
3. The item received is defective (including damaged in transit)
3) Returns & Refunds
Most products can be returned for a full refund, this can be done up until 14 days from the date of delivery. The product must be unopened, unused or unworn and should be returned in their original product packaging or a refund cannot be issued.
A refund request must be sent via email or online form to masti, for verification after which you will receive a Cancelled Merchandise Authentication (CMA) number if a refund is applicable.
Below is a list of all items deemed as non-refundable
· Any product that has not been given an RMA
· Items which have ‘non-returnable’ listed next to them
· Gift vouchers
· Items containing hazardous /flammable/gaseous contents
· Grocery products
· Any item not returned in the condition it was received.
· CD/DVD/Tape
Below is a list of all items that have special requirements before a refund can be considered:
§ Jewellery- no size adjustments, scratches, signs of damage/tampering
§ Electronic goods-
· All goods will undergo quality checks, as they should be new, unworn and unused. If the vendor feels the need, they have the right to decline the refund request.
· It is advisable to check with the retailer whether the product is returnable.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of the vendor receiving the product; however in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 to 5 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
