All items are normally held in stock. However we (the store) may sometimes run out due to sudden demand, in which case we will notify you and inform you of the date we expect to receive more stock.
Dispatch
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 3 working days for Standard Deliveries, Free or Fixed Price deliveries. 24 hour deliveries will be managed if Orders are received by 12PM. However this may sometimes vary according to circumstances.
Shipping
We will dispatch orders via the shipping option you have chosen.
Standard Policy
· All orders will be processed within 24 to 48 hours of receipt and dispatched to allow delivery within 3 to 5 working days. You will receive order status confirmations via email.
Royal Mail (1st Class)
· Royal Mail orders for next day delivery must be made by 12pm. This will ensure your order will be delivered to you the following day.
Royal Mail (2nd Class) – Standard Delivery
· All orders processed using the standard 48 Hour delivery will be processed as per our standard policy
Masti Shops Delivery – 24 Hour
· For 24 hour delivery all orders from this store must be received by 12pm. Any order received later will be processed the next working day

Non-delivery
You should inform us if you have not received your order within 14 days. We will not be able to follow up any claim for non-delivery placed with us more than 60 days after dispatch
