At Desi-tots.com we work very hard to ensure the safety and security of our customers and ourselves. If 24 hours have passed, please contact us with the order number given upon placing your order and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
- If any information you have provided is considered incorrect or fraudulent, then your order will be declined and refunded.
- If a stolen credit/debit card or GoogleCheckout account is used we will pass on all requested information to the relevant authorities. This will include your name, address, telephone number and IP address.
DELIVERY TERMS
Delivery will be made via Royal Mail 2nd class at the rate of £2.95 per order. Delivery normally takes 2-3 days from desptach. Orders will be processed with 24hrs of being placed and we will ship in stock items within 48hrs of purchase. If you require NEXT DAY delivery this is charged at £6.00. All orders placed Friday - Sunday will be processed and shipped on the following Monday. Customers will be emailed a tracking no. for the parcel upon despatch.
Please note that all orders are processed manually and are subject to fraud checks. It may take up to 24 hours for your order to be acknowledged although this normally takes approximately 1-2 hours during normal business hours
