Ria Collection Shipping Policy
All items are normally held in stock. However we (at the store) may sometimes run out due to sudden demand, in which case we will notify you and inform you of the date we expect to receive more stock. If you are under time constraints, we suggest contacting us to check our stock level before placing your order.
Dispatch
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 3 working days for Deliveries, however this may sometimes vary according to circumstances. The item may take up to 4 weeks to be delivered if requesting the item to be made to measure.
Non-delivery
You should inform us if you have not received your order within 21 days. We will not be able to follow up any claim for non-delivery placed with us more than 60 days after dispatch
